iTech Atlanta is what’s known as a Managed Services Provider, which is a fancy way of saying we are an IT Department for hire. We do everything that an internal IT department would do. We procure, implement, and manage all aspects of a company’s IT infrastructure:

IT service providers are generally broken down into two camps – Enterprise level MSPs and smaller shops/individuals who fix computers and kind of understand enough about network equipment to get by. As you can imagine, service from Enterprise level MSPs typically costs a lot more than smaller operations. Our strength is that we have the experience and knowledge to provide Enterprise class infrastructure at a reasonable price point. We understand what matters as far as reliability and security, and what’s just expensive buzzwords. Our solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure without breaking the bank.

IV. Our Managed IT Services Product
Our Managed IT Services package includes all IT management as well as unlimited end-user and desktop support during normal business hours. It is billed based on the number of users or computers for a predictable, fixed monthly cost. It also includes the following software/services:
